Mission Statement

To promote and develop a friendly, secure and fraternal spirit among all members. To act as a collective bargaining agent on behalf of all members in matters of policy, salaries, hours of employment, working conditions, and all other matters relating to the general welfare of its members. This Association shall operate under the laws of the State of New Mexico, and the Constitution of the United States of America.
